Hinterland supply several resources for the economic activity of Central City,the range and the quality of Hinterland is very important to City's development.Since 20 century,hinterland theory has involved in the developing process of Economy Geography and Urban Economics.By analysizing the connected theory,the authors believe that City Hinterland is not only an objective concept which embodies economic spatial distribution,but also a subjective concept which embodies the competition intention among cities.On the basis of city competition strategy,the paper districts the hinterland range from two sides,one is compound hinterland;the other is advantaged industry hinterland.
