Low-carbon City in View of the Two-type Society Construction——A Case Study of Hunan Region
本文以湖南为例，分析低碳城市建设的基础、目标和战略重点，提出支持措施，为中部地区城市转型提供参考。
With the energy consumption growing,the ecological environment deteriorating,and the climate change problem rapidly heating up,the road of sustainable development is facing unprecedented challenges.Therefore,building of a low-carbon city has been paid more and more attention in the world.To carry out the work of low-carbon city building in Hunan,which is one of the pilot areas of nationaltwo-type societyconstruction,so as to keep in step with the international development trend,is an important part of the structural and mechanism reform of two-type society,and an important measure to explore all-round transformation from the traditional urbanization to the mode of low-carbon and high-efficiency economy,which is in line with national strategic requirements.By observing the trend of international low-carbon city development,clarifying the actual foundation of Hunan low-carbon city construction,making clear the goals of low-carbon city development,identifying the strategic focus of Hunan low-carbon city construction,and working out corresponding support measures,this article aims to explore a new development model for Hunan rising in central China,and the construction oftwo-typesociety,and to provide references for the transformation of urban development in central and western regions of China.
