THEORY AND STRATEGY OF INTRODUCING FOREIGN CAPITAL INTO MIDDLE AND WEST REGION OF CHINA
分析了中国中西部地区因资本缺口和效率缺口而难以将资源优势转化为经济优势的问题，提出应顺应西部大开发政策，借鉴东部经验，制定产业政策、优化外资结构和投资环境，以促进该地区经济起飞。
Capital gap and efficiency gap are key problems in the middle and west region of China, preventing the resource advantage there from being transformed into economic advantage. Complying with the current “westward pushing policy, introducing foreign capital exactly meets the needs of development of this region. Based on the theory of Development Pole, we should formulate suitable industry policy, improve the structure of foreign capital as well as the investing circumstances while drawing on the successful experience of the east region of China, to bring about an economic take-off in the middle and west region.
