EVALUATION ON THE IMPLEMENTING EFFICIENCY OF THE PEARL RIVER DELTA URBAN AGGLOMERATION STRATEGY
使用数据包络分析（DEA）和面板数据，评估珠三角城市群及其内部城市的经济运行效率，发现战略实施后整体和结构效率保持有效，核心有效区域动态变化并不断扩大。
The Pearl River Delta(PRD)which is one of the three main urban agglomerations of China is becoming an important strategic platform for Chinese economic development.Along with the Chinese national urban agglomerations strategy and the full implementation of the PRD urban agglomerations' reform and development policy,the PRD urban agglomeration's economic operation efficiency has increased significantly.In order to fully evaluate the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration's regional economic operation efficiency,this paper uses the relative panel data and the data envelopment analysis(DEA) method to analysis the PRD urban agglomeration's economic operation efficiency and the internal cities' structural efficiency of urban agglomeration,finding that with the implementation of the strategy the PRD city group,the PRD city group's overall operating efficiency and structural efficiency remain in effect,the core effective area of PRD is in dynamic changing,the effective area is expanding constantly.
