EVALUATION OF URBAN HUMAN SETTLEMENTS LIVABILITY ——A CASE OF COMPARISON AND ANALYSIS ON CHINA'S FOUR MUNICIPALITIES
将城市人居环境宜居性分为自然、人文、经济三个层次构建评价指标体系，用熵值法和多目标线性加权法对2008年北京、天津、上海、重庆四个直辖市进行定量评价，发现北京综合宜居性最高，上海经济宜居性最好，四个直辖市协调宜居性均较低。
Urban human settlement livability evaluation is a new issue for studying to sciences of human settlements. This paper analyzed the contents of urban human settlement livability, divided it into three specific levels (natural, humanities, and economic), and constructed the evaluation index system. On the basic of this, we used entropy method and multi-objective linear weighting function method comprehensive, and constructed the quantitative evaluation ideas and frameworks of urban human settlements livability. Then we took China's four municipalities as example, used their dates of 2008, and at last evaluated the urban human settlements livability in Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai and Chongqing. The results show that, in Beijing, the urban human settlements livability in natural, humanities, coordination and the total all get the highest score, the urban human settlements economic livability in Shanghai is the best, and neither Chongqing nor Tianjin bas comparative advantage. But urban human settlements coordination livability in China's four municipalities is so low. This result is consistent with public awareness.
