With the collection of market analysis reports of Chinese online group shopping-market,its development trends and related influencing factors were analyzed with the methods of correlation analysis,clustering and principal component analysis.The results indicated that although some problems existed in the online group shopping-market,its future was still very attractive.The growth rate of websites has leveled off,maintained at 30%.Also,there are big differences between different regions,the overall showing a tendency of fast,inland slow and it mainly develops from the more developed areas along the southeast coast to the less developed areas in the northwest inland.Regional differences of online group shopping-market are attributed to the economic strength,consumption level of citizens and transportation capacity in different cities.Except of the mature market in Beijing and Shanghai,Guangzhou and other 5 cities are the most attractive cities for the future development of online group shopping market,while Wuhan and other 9 cities are the most potential ones.
