THE INFLUENCING FACTORS ON THE LAND USE CHANGE OF WEST SIDE OF THE TAIWAN STRAITS WITH RAPID URBANIZATION
基于2003-2007年遥感和社会经济数据，通过相关分析和逐步回归，发现人口、城镇化水平和产业结构是影响台湾海峡西岸土地利用变化的主要因素。
Based on west side of the Straits' resources of remote sensing data and socio-economic statistical yearbook data in 2003-2007,according to analysis of west side of the Straits' development of urbanization and dynamic change of land use,the indicators system of impacting the changes of land use was constructed by choosing 12 factors.The correlation analysis and multiple stepwise regression analysis were used to acquire the best multiple linearregression equation of influencing factors.The results showed:①In the correlation analysis of impacting indicators system,the most influence factors were significantly related to west side of the Straits' dynamic change of land use,especially the factors such as population growth,economic development,structural change and urbanization level.②The factors such as urbanization level,ratio of primary industry output in GDP,gross import and export,ratio of non-agricultural population in total population,total population had been the important impacting factors of land use change in multiple regression analysis.③The major factors of west side of the Straits' dynamic change of land use were as follows:population,urbanization level,industry structure.The relation between each factorof urban development and land use should be betterregulated in future of the western coast economical zone of Taiwan Straits so that land use was reasonable.
