Study on Urban Land Resources Multi-modality Governance Approach in Society Transformation
研究在中国社会转型期，将公共理论引入城市土地资源管理，分析现有管理方式的本质、问题及成因，构建了官僚政府、市场机制和公民社会相结合的多模式治理路径。
Urban land is a kind of public resource.Efficient allocation and sustainable use of land resources will be enhanced through introducing the public theory into urban land resource management during the period of Chinese society transformation. Literature research techniques and qualitative analysis method were used in this research. The connotation of urban land resources governance was explained. The essence,problems and their causes of urban land resources management approach of China were analyzed. Social conditions of urban land resources diversity applicability were also analyzed. Basing on these analyses, the approach of urban land resources governance was constructed. It is a multi - modality approach of bureaucratic government,market mechanisms and civil society.
