Research on the Institutional Framework of Affordable Housing System: A Case Study of Anhui
本文回顾了中国保障性住房制度研究，基于生命周期公共政策过程分析提出制度框架，并以安徽省为例实证分析了不同类型保障性住房的规模与比例确定。
This paper reviewed the studies of affordable housing system and the affordable housing institution in China and the management and operation of affordable housing system in Anhui province.According to life cycle public policy process analysis,this paper introduced an institutional framework of affordable housing system.Then,the authors developed this framework and empirically analyzed the key parts of the framework such as the determination and calculation of the scale and percentage of different type affordable housing.
