INTERNATION R&D SPILLOVERS,HUMAN CAPITAL AND REGIONAL TFP GROWTH——AN EMPIRICAL STUDY BASED ON PROVINCIAL PANEL DATA IN CHINA
基于中国省级面板数据，研究了人力资本在第二次国际研发溢出中的作用，发现溢出效应取决于人力资本的水平与构成，对政策制定有参考价值。
Based on CH(1995)and Hansen(1999),we investigate the role of human capital in the second international RD spillovers.We find that second international RD spillovers is an important channel to improve region's TFP,howerver,the real spillover effect strongly depends on the level and compositon of human capital.The implication for our policy is that government can help the less developed regions to absorb more knowledge spillover by rasing their human capital.
