STUDY ON THE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT IN MIANYANG SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY CITY
基于1999-2003年30个工业行业数据，用偏离份额法分析绵阳科技城产业经济，发现结构效应指数1.3019、增长效应指数0.8288、竞争力指数0.6366，指出支柱产业技术非前沿、企业合作不足等问题。
The study on the industrial development was beneficial to Mianyang Science and Technology City being built in Western China in order to understand the situations and direction.The purpose of this paper was to analyze the development of its industrial economy based on the data of 30 industrial items from 1999 to 2003 by Shift-share method(SSM).The result was showed that the structure effect index was 1.3019,characterized by the telecommunication's equipment and manufacture,the increase effect index 0.8288,and the competitive ability index 0.6366 because of the poor economical increase effect and poor economical competitive ability in Mianyang in the past.It was explained that the result was likely related to the big industrial mix effect and the big national growth effect and the small shift share effect of the telecommunication's equipment in the first place of industrial production value,and the small national growth effect of the rest industries except the telecommunication's equipment industry.And the main factors influencing the industrial development were due to the non-frontier technology of the pillar industry,lack of cooperation among enterprises,unilateral emphases on the various industrial structures in Mianyang city,lag of diverse production in the large corporation and light dependence on export.Hence,it was further discussed how to expand and improve the industrial scale of Mianyang as a Science and Technology City in Western China in the future.
