1 hour economic circleof Chongqing does not relate to the economy of the center of Sanxia Reservoir Area.Yichang is also helpless to the economic development of Sanxia Reservoir Area.We have to build a centrual city for this reservoir area to promote its economic development .Wanzhou is in the hinterland regional center ,and it is the the largest city of immigrants in Sanxia Rreservoir Area .Therefore,the functions of enhancing and promoting Wanzhou as the economic center and advancing the process of Wanzhou city have special effects and meanings to achieve the rich and steady life of reservoir immigrants,build a harmonious Reservoir Area and lead the economic development of the reservoir area.This article analyzed the important strategic meaning to build Wanzhou as the centural city of the reservoir area,and it made some relevant policy recommendations against the problems according to the advantages of Wanzhou on the basis of important meaning of emphasizing the building the centural city of the reservoir area.
