REGIONAL TYPES AND DEVELOPMENTAL MODELS OF MINORITY ECONOMY IN THE CONTIGUOUS REGION OF GANSU, SICHUAN AND QINGHAI PROVINCES
分析了甘青川交界地区六个自治州的自然环境、文化背景和社会经济结构，划分出三大经济区，并针对各区问题提出以牧草种植、林业优先、商贸带动等为核心的发展模式与开发建议。
The contiguous region of Gansu,Sichuan and Qinghai provinces includes Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture,Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture,Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture,Haidong district,Huangnan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture and Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture.Featured by being its general altitude 3，500—4，000m,its area 243.425km 2 and 545.61 ten thousand population,it is a underdeveloped multi-national region which is mainly composed of Hui,Tibetan and Qiang nationalities. Beginning with the background of this area,this paper,at first,discusses the characteristics of its natural environment,its cultural setting,its strategic location of ecology and its social and economic structures,considers that this region will play a guiding function in the course of opening and developing of Tibetan Plateau,at the same time,its ecological building will affect much on the mid-lower reaches of the HuangHe River and ChangJiang River.Secondly, based on the generalization of types and characteristics of the economic location of different nationalities,this paper holds that the economic zones of husbandry,forestry,agriculture, ecology and town,are not only the result of regional division of social laboring of natural base,but also the representative of cultural difference of regions.Thirdly,according to the dividing principle of economic region,this region is divided into 3 zones:(1)the plateau pastoral area;(2)the forestry-pastoral-agricultural area of high mountain canyon in the Southeast；(3)and the farming-stockbreeding area of Northern HeHuang valley.In addition,due to the main problems existed in each area and sustainable developmental aim,the paper puts forward the basic developing models and main exploiting advice of each part.What should be done in the plateau pastoral area is,to put herbage-planting at the first step and rebuild ecology,then to adjust industrial structures and positively advance the combination with husbandry,industry and trade,and to carry out industrialization and enhance the towns'building,tourism'development and cultural communication with pastoral area,meanwhile,to increase cooperation with the plain area and develop the fattening of cattle and sheep in different area.In high mountain and canyon forestry-husbandry-agricultural regions of Southeastern zone,we should take precedence to develop forestry,recover ecology,advance the common progress between areas,exploit tourism and positively carry out the combination with forestry,husbandry,agriculture and tourism,etc,and we also should make up the green ecological shelter and big network of regional tourism in the upper reaches of rivers.Apart from that,in Northen HeHuang valley, we should give free rein to those superiority of Hui and Sala nationalities in their trading,tea-horse exchange's historical foundation and better agricultural location,put the trade and commerce in the first step,combine with trade,industry,agriculture and husbandry,develop ecological agriculture,build up the fattening base of cattle and sheep as well as trade and commerce's corridor of nationalities.We should also pay attention to the commercial intercourse with the every country,inclusive of Arabian countries.
