ANALYSIS ON THE PRESENT CONDITIONS AND CONTRIBUTING FACTORS OF VACANT COMMERCIAL RESIDENCE: A CASE STUDY IN GUANGZHOU URBAN DISTRICT

According to the on- the - spot sampling investigation it analyzes the conditions of different districts, of different area sections and of different types and contributing factors of the vacant commercial residence completed in recent three years in Guangzhou urban district. The authors think that real estate industry of Guangzhou has made rapid progress at the same time people shouldn't overlook the vacant commercial residence. To carry out effective measures and to actively take use of present vacant residence will benefit the sustainable development of the real estate industry of Guangzhou.
