Research on "Going out" Path and Mode of Tourism Enterprises in China
基于中国旅游业现状,提出七条“走出去”基本路径(如国际旅游服务、促销场所建设等),并归纳为出口、合同和投资三种模式,帮助旅游企业选择最优国际市场进入方式。
With the deepening of economic globalization and gradual opening of Chinese tourism market.The transnational enterprises accelerate the contention of the tourism l market share in our country with their advantages;this makes the market competition of hotel in our country fiercer and fiercer.Tourism enterprise definitely should out,participate in international competition,utilizing the opportunity of liberalization of trade.When entering international market,the first assignment is decide which the optimum path and mode.In view of the above,this paper proposed s going out seven fundamental path which is international tourist service,promotion place building,cross-border service,management contract,franchise operation,green land investment,merger and acquisition,basing on the existing development of Chinese tourist industry,then,concluded three modes which is export,contract and invest,according to service export,agreement signs and capital devotion.
