RESEARCH METHODS OF EXPANSION SCALE OF URBAN CONSTRUCTION LAND BASED ON GIS:A CASE OF FOGANG COUNTY IN GUANGDNOG PROVINCE
提出一种结合GIS空间分析和博弈分析的方法，划分建设用地扩展边界并确定扩展时序与方向，以佛冈县为例验证其可行性。
Research methods of expansion scale of urban construction land is the hot topic of land management problems during the current rapid urban development and land use planning revision.The paper put forward a scientific and feasible zoning methods of expansion boundary of urban construction land with correlation analysis,statistical analysis,the spatial analysis and statistical function of ARCGIS;Then surrounding land of Built-up areas in Fogang is divided agricultural land conservation area,restricted building area,prohibition construction area,allowed construction area and conditional construction area;Finally,timing,direction and position of spatial expansion of construction land is determined,combined game analysis of different participants of the Government management departments,planning and environmental protection departments and developers,etc.It is conclude that the paper proposes a more practical method of determine expansion scale of urban construction land,it is easily that different subjects participate in land planning,to reasonably determine to spatial expansion pattern of construction land.
