Study of Housing Development and Land Governance Perspective
以北京为例,讨论城市住房问题中的土地因素,强调在兼顾公平的社会主义市场经济条件下,中国城市土地和住房难以实现完全竞争市场,建议城市政府理性行使治理理念,平衡多方利益以改善市场环境。
Taking Beijing as an example,through discussing the relevant land factors within urban housing issues,this paper restates the special natures of urban land and housing,stresses that under the condition of socialism market economy which with due consideration to fairness,urban land and housing are difficult to achieve perfect competition market in China.Suggesting urban governments that to exercise their governance ideas rationally,broaden their vision,reshape their roles,take the balance of multiple interests as the precondition,for improving the market environment of land and housing,and progressively achieving the scientific,harmonious and healthy urban housing development.
