RESEARCH ON LOCATION FACTORS OF PRODUCER SERVICES ENTERPRISES IN BEIJING METROPOLITAN AREA
以北京为例，系统研究了中国大都市区生产性服务企业的区位选择因素，发现七个根本影响因素，并指出西方区位理论需结合政府力量进行修正。
With Beijing as a case study,the paper gives a systemic research on location factors of producer services enterprises in metropolitan area in China.The study shows there are seven factors affect the location choice of the producer services enterprises fundamentally.Western location theory is applied to a certain extent.However,the theory should be appropriately amended in specific location decisions for different industries because of the influence from the governmental forces.
