VARIATION OF TECHNOLOGY EFFICIENCY OF REGIONAL CONOMIC GROWTH——A CASE IN ZHEJIANG PROVINCE
用数据包络分析法研究了1998-2008年浙江省11个城市的技术效率，发现杭州、宁波等城市效率远高于丽水、衢州，且资本投入对提升技术效率效果不显著，存在粗放投资倾向。
In this paper,we have briefly stated the technical efficiency theory of regional economic growth.With the data development analysis(DEA) method,we have systematically studied the level of comprehensive technical efficiency in Zhejiang province’s cities and discovered that during 1998-2008,the rank of Zhejiang province’s 11 cities from high to low according to their average comprehensive technical efficiency level is Hangzhou,Ningbo,Jinhua,Shaoxing,Wenzhou,Jiaxing,Taizhou,Zhoushan,Huzhou,Quzhou,Lishui.The impact on the technical efficiency of regional economic growth about the individual factor is analyzed.The results show that the difference of technical efficiency of cities in Zhejiang province is significant,the technical efficiency in Hangzhou,Ninbo,etc.These cities is much higher than in Lishui,Quzhou etc.cities.Labor-intensive industries are still the main industries of Zhejiang province.The capital investment for improving the technical efficiency has no significant effect and there is a tendency of extensive investment.
