The article studys the time and spatial orientation of Eco-cities-future human settlements, in the light of the wide civilization development history of human society and human settlement evolution history, and the integrity of human beings and the nature. It analyses the implications of Eco-city in philosophical, cultural, economic and technological areas so as to understand Eco-city as an integrated concept.
