THE FARMING MECHANISM OF DEINDUSTRIALIZATION OF OLD INDUSTRIAL BASES IN NORTH-EAST AREAS OF CHINA
分析了中国东北老工业基地传统产业衰退和新兴产业滞后导致的去工业化现象，探讨其成因并提出制度、科技、市场和投融资创新建议。
Degradation of traditional industry and tardiness of growing industry's development result in deindustrialization of old industry bases in North-east of China. This thesis analyses the negative influence that deindustrialization has brought to economic and social development to the old industry bases, and demonstrates how deindustrialization comes into being. The author holds the view that the evolutional law of industry structure and the change of external demands result in the degradation of traditional industry. Simultaneously, the rigidity of industry structure is resulted from deflation, the shortness of ability of the state-owned enterprises' ego development, the solidification of economic element , and the absence of unofficial investor, and so on. To solve these problems, the thesis brings forward some proposal to the innovation of regulations, science and technology, market, investment and financing.
