CONSTRUCTION OF PROFIT MODEL FOR RURAL LAND INTEGRATED CONTROLLING INDUSTRIALIZATION
基于价值链理论分析农村土地综合整治的产品价值与来源，构建盈利模式，核心是通过高效农业经营、土地租赁和建设用地指标销售获取收益。
This paper analyzes the product value of land integrated controlling and its source features deeply basing on the value chain theory at first,then points out the purpose is to construct its profit model.Results shows that:① the industrialization of rural land integrated controlling should not only simply pursue the stated values,but also include the additional ones: making the internalization of external benefits;② the core of profit model is to solve the five component elements in the four stages of project progress,and benefits from the optimizing group by operating high-efficiency agriculture,leasing farmlands and selling construction land quotas;③ in order to construct the suitable profit model,it is necessary to innovate and optimize,according to the project nature and region system.
