THE PRESENT INTERNATIONAL LABOR MIGRATION, ITS CHARACTERISTICS AND POLICY TRENDS
分析了当前国际劳动力迁移的现状和特征，指出许多国家因劳动力短缺而积极引进外籍劳工，并探讨了进口国为避免负面影响所采取的调整移民政策、开发国内劳动力潜力等措施。
International labor migration is the result of international unbalanced political economic development and the result of population development. Being comparatively short of labor, many developed and developing countries are actively importing labors from aboard. Based on the analysis of the present situation of international labor migration in the world, some characteristics of the international labor migration are presented in this paper. To avoid the negative impact on their society and economy, some labor importing countries have adjusted their immigration polices and adopted some effective measures, e.g. to develop the potential of their domestic labor market, to adopt new technologies and allocate the labor-intensive industries in the neighbor countries, etc.
