EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS ON SPILLOVER EFFECT OF FDI TO REGIONAL INNOVATION CAPABILITY
基于1993-2006年省级面板数据，用动态面板模型分析FDI对中国创新能力的溢出效应，发现中部地区溢出效应显著，而东、西部地区不显著。
Taking cumulation of innovation and time lag character of FDI in account,spillover effect of FDI to China's innovation capability is empirical analyzed based on dynamic panel data model and annual provincial data from 1993 to 2006.And regional differences of spillover effect are discussed based upon empirical analysis of China's eastern、middle and western areas using the same method above.As the result shown,the spillover effect in middle area is more significant,while it is not significant in eastern and western areas.Furthermore,the spillover effects of FDI to design in eastern area and invention and utility model in middle area is significant,whereas the spillover effects of FDI to all kinds of patents are not significant.
