The Characteristics of Technology Progress and the Enterprise Reconstruction
将技术进步视为系统过程，基于Logistic曲线指出其不确定性、阶段多重性和技术复杂性三个特征，并分析这些特征对企业柔性、集权化和自组织网络的影响，为组织结构设计与改革提供参考。
This paper views technology progress as a systematic process. According to the Logistic curve,we point out three characteristics of technology progress,namely uncertainty,phase multification and technological complication. Based on this view,it discusses the impact of technology progress on the changes of enterprises from three aspects. They are the impact of the uncertainty of the technology progress on the enterprises' flexibility,the impact of the phase multification of the technology progress on the enterprises' centralization and the impact of technological complication on the enterprises' selforganizational networking. The conclusions we get will benefit the design and reform of the organizational structure.
