INDUSTRIALIZATION AND URBANIZATION AND ITS PATHS' SELECTION OF LIAONING TRADITIONAL INDUSTRIAL BASE
研究了辽宁省自20世纪70年代末以来工业化率下降而城市化率上升的现象，探讨了城市化与工业化或非农化的关系，并为传统工业基地的城市化提出了新思路。
Liaoning's heavy industry plays a leading role in its urban development and urbanization. Then, following change of the economic system and reformation of all state-owned enterprises, Liaoning's industrialization rate, especially the proportion of the heavy industry in the industrial economy as a whole, has appeared a certain degree descent since the late 1970s. On the contrary, its urbanization rate has begun continual rising after having experienced a process of descent from 1960s to 1970s. The changing directions of the urbanization rate and the industrialization rate are from consistence to reverse. To study this phenomenon, we make a thorough inquiry on the relations between the urbanization and the industrialization or the non-agriculturalization on the base of looking back and pondering the ways of its urbanization and industrialization, and put forward some new trains of thought of urbanization of Liaoning traditional industrial base at last.
