Survey on Recognition of Risk Management in Chinese Venture Capital Investment Firms
基于文献和访谈设计问卷，调查中国风险投资公司对风险管理的认知现状，为推进风险管理提供实证支持。
On the basis of related literatures and interviews,it proposes the questionnaire to survey and sta-tisticly analyze the perceive problem of risk management in our venture capital firms,so as to realize the per-ceive actuality and thus provide empirical support to push risk management in venture capital.
