MEASUREMENT AND EMPIRICAL STUDY ON LAND MARKET DEVELOPMENT OF CHINA: A CASE STUDY FROM EASTERN,CENTRAL AND WESTERN CHINA
构建了包含多个指标的城市土地市场发展评价框架,测度中国东、中、西部土地市场发展水平,发现区域经济阶梯式发展并未带来土地市场的阶梯式发展,并分析了原因。
China's marketalization reform on land has promoted the level of land intensive use.At present,researches on urban land market mostly focus on the land property rights institution,land-price evaluation and governmental orientation in urban land market.However,there are few studies on the growth of urban land market,especially adopting the quantitive calculation method.Based on relevant methods of measuring other market development,this paper sets up an evaluation framework including several indicators to estimate the urban land market development of China.By choosing eastern,central and western region of China as the evaluation units,this paper compares the different results among them.The analytic results reveal that step economic development of eastern,central and western China has not brought their step development of urban land market.The same land market policy appears to be the main reason of that phenomenon through our analysis.The detailed conclusions are given by the end of this paper.
