AN EMPIRICAL RESEARCH ON THE FACTORS INFLUENCING URBAN LAND INTENSIVE USE:BASED ON THE DATA OF 34 SAMPLE CITIES IN CHINA
利用计量经济方法分析中国34个城市的数据，发现区位、经济发展、人口密度、投入集中度、GDP对建设用地增长的弹性及环境等因素对土地集约利用水平有显著影响，并提出政策建议。
This paper uses the econometric analysis method to make an empirical research on the factors that influence urban land intensive use in China. It shows that the difference between the level of the urban land intensive use is significant,and the factors including urban location,economic development,population density,the concentration of urban inputs and research input on the unit area land,the elasticity of the GDP to the construction land growth,and environment have a most important and significant effect. So,aimed at the present situation of the level of the urban land intensive use,in order to improve the level of the urban land intensive use,this paper proposes some policy suggestion.
