The urban environment is the basis of urban economic development,and it is an important indicator to measure the city's comprehensive competitiveness.This paper is intended to exploring the elements of urban ecological environment by using factor analysis Method;building up the regional urban environmental model and calculating the Hunan eco-environmental score value by ecological environment construction-related data analysis;providing theoretical support to eco-city building program of Hunan province.
