Abstract

When both competence and cooperation becomes the main trend of region tourism,region tourism human resources coordination management basically means developing brains suitable for engaging in advanced tourism item of location and suitable for engaging in region tourism cooperation,and arranging the space location of tourism human resources.In traditional system,the coordination mechanism of the space location of tourism human resources has a few problems,such as the lag of time,the lack of suitability of people in region,the barrier of region administration or region market.However,region tourism competence and cooperation creates new factors perfecting the mechanism,government,organization,enterprise and tourism education structure should choose their correct roles facing region tourism competence and cooperation.Then the region tourism human resources coordination management could be realized.
