By reviewing the history and analyzing the present status of economic cooperation between Shenzhen and Hong Kong,this thesis gives some countermeasures on co-development of producer services industries by Shenzhen Hong Kong.We reckon co-development of producer services industries as the necessity of keeping economic development of Hong Kong smooth,powerful,lasting,and the requirement of changing the way of economic growth,locating the direction of industrial development and adjusting the direction of industrial structure of Shenzhen exactly.City-features of Shenzhen Hong Kong,such as geographic position,market system,industrial foundation and established commercial networks,decide that Shenzhen Hong Kong should co-develop in some kinds of services industry especially producer services industries.
