MANAGEMENT OF URBAN LAND USE RIGHTS: TAKING WENZHOU CITY AS AN EXAMPLE
分析了温州城市土地市场现状，提出政府应明确可交易土地类型，通过控制供应、鼓励原划拨土地入市交易和完善税收等政策来管理土地市场。
It is important to develop and open the urban land market after the China′s entry to WTO.After analyzing the current situations of land market in Wenzhou city,the paper suggests that the government should indicate the types of land which are allowed to transact in the open market. The proposed policies are to control the total supplies of urban land,to encourage the users of fomer assigned land to transact land use rights in open market by different ways,and to perfect the taxation of urban land,etc.
