The Study on System Optimization of Rural Human Settelments
本文基于系统论，分析了新农村建设现状与问题，定义了农村人居环境，提出优化原则，并构建了包含安全格局、乡村规划等六个子系统的优化体系，旨在提升农民生活质量、实现城乡和谐。
The ultimate goals of new country construction are to optimize rural dwelling environments, improve the living quality of peasantry, co-ordinate urban and rural development, and realize a harmonious society between urban and rural areas. Because new country construction is a system project, based on the analysis of the status and problems existing in new country construction, this paper defines Rural Human Settlements and puts forward optimization principles first, and then establishes a set of optimization system of rural human settlements applying the concept of system theory. The system optimization of rural human settlement should include six sub-systems, which are security pattern, rural planning, socio-economy, infrastructure, environment and sanitation, and public service facilities respectively, and through the planning of security pattern and the check of optimization indicators, realize the optimization of rural human settlement, and establish a harmonious society.
