By clearing the role of industrial structure change in China's economic growth and fluctuation, this paper makes a profound inquiry into the effect of industrial structure change to economic cycle fluctuation. This analysis is carried out with two aspects from the angle of empirical perspective. At first,we investigate the synergistic effect of industrial structure change to economic cycle fluctuation,then, study on the asymmetric effect of industrial structure change to economic cycle fluctuation, finally some important conclusions are obtained.
