THE DYNAMIC EVOLUTION OF HUNAN INDUSTRIAL STTUCTURE BASED ON THE PERSPECTIVE OF EMPLOYMENT STRUCTURE
通过分析湖南二十年间的三次产业就业与产出结构，发现其演变符合世界规律且趋于合理，但与广东相比仍存在第一产业比重过高、生产与就业结构不匹配等问题，并提出了对策。
On the basis of the evolution of industrial structure theory,then through studying the struction of three industries,the relation of the structure between the employment and the output in the way of horizontal and vertical comparative analysis in two decades,we can draw the conclusion that the evolution course of Hunan is basically conforming to the rule of the word and the industrial structure has become reasonable increasingly.However,in comparison with the neighboring province of Guangdong,there are some unreasonable phenomenon such as the proportion of primary industry is too high,and the production structure is not match to employment structure.At the last of the paper some specific proposals are made to solve the existing problems of the industrial structure.
