Study on the Inherent Mechanism of the Effect of Information Technology on the Performance of City Infrastructure Management and Its Sustainable development
本文从改善信息不对称和信息完整性两个角度，分析了信息技术通过员工激励、决策配置、流程重组和组织学习四条路径提升城市基础设施管理绩效的内在机制。
Based on the review of related literature,the paper deeply analyzes the inherent mechanism of the effect of Information Technology on the performance of City Infrastructure Management from two perspectives.Firstly,by improving information asymmetry,the paper discusses how Information Technology effect organizational performance through two pathes,including employee motivation and decision making configuration.Secondly,by improving information completeness,the paper discusses how Information Technology effect organizational performance through another two pathes,including process reengineering and organizational learning.The result shows that Information Technology application can significantly raise organizational performance from above four pathes.
