基于地租理论,提出城市不同位置的价值集合,为比较不同城市区位提供依据,并结合产业定位深化阿隆索的城市租金梯度理论,以北京案例进行实证分析。

Abstract

In the process of the size of urban expanding,its asset accumulate more and more,and the accumulated asset in their center of gravity at the core of the region surrounding the formation of regional to uplift of the tremendous impact on the value.On the basis of the rent theories,this paper further proposes the value set of the different position in the city,so as to provides an important basis for comparing different location in different cities.Then,the paper combines the value of location and industrial positioning,thus deepen Alonso's theory of urban rent gradient.Finally,the article also does an analysis of theory with practice using cases in Beijing.
