On the Management Environment,Government Mechanism and the Performance of Rural Credit Corporation:The Case Study of BoZhou City,Anhui Province
基于安徽亳州26家农村信用社的数据，研究发现管理水平和经理持股对绩效有显著正向影响，而区域经济和交通状况影响不显著，经理绩效工资反而不利于管理改善。
Based on the investigation of Rural Credit Corporation(RCC) of Qiao District,BoZhou City,Anhui Province and the data from 26 RCCs,the paper empirically studies the effect of management environment and the government mechanism on the RCC's Performance.The result shows that regional economic situation and transportation status have no significant effects on the RCC's operational performance,but the management level and the managers' shareholding have significant positive effects on the RCC's Performance and also managers' merit-based salary is not conducive to improve the RCC's management.
