THE RESEARCH OF THE TRANSFORMATION OF RESOURCE-BASED CITY AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF CIRCULAR ECONOMY——TAKE YICHUN CITY OF HEILONGJIANG PROVINCE AS AN EXAMPLE
分析了伊春市经济资本和技术资本的困境，用生态足迹法计算其生态足迹，发现虽无生态赤字但转型紧迫，建议按循环经济原则建设生态城市。
With the exploiting of resource,most of the resource-based city has been facing the problems of transformation.How to achieve the sustainable development is a concerning problem not only in the theory but also in the practice.This paper analyses the plight of economic capital and the technique capital of Yichun city,using the method of footprint to calculate Yichun city's footprint.The result shows that although there hasn't been eco-deficit in Yichun city,the transformation is very nervous.Therefore,we suggest that Yichun city should change into the eco-city according to the circular economy principle,and there are some methods in this paper.
