New Countryside Planning in Beijing:A Retrospect and Reflection
回顾2005年以来北京新农村规划理念从侧重农民居住区整理、土地集约利用和城乡一体化，转向侧重建设公共设施和基础设施、发展农业适宜产业和休闲产业的过程，并指出需深入思考乡村城镇化模式与城乡一体化、农村建设用地政策与城乡一体化的关系。
Looking back and rethinking the new countryside planning in Beijing since the year of 2005,and analyzing the transitional process and the reasons of planning idea from emphasizing the reordering of the famers' human settlements,the intensively using of land,and the integration of urban and rural areas,to emphasizing building the public facilities and infrastructures for supporting the villages,and promoting villages to develop agriculture-suitable industries and the leisure industries,the authors point out we should deeply consider two aspects in the process,which are listed as follows. The first is the relationship between the urbanization mode of countryside and the integration of urban and rural areas;the second is the relationship between the policies of land for construction in countryside and the integration of urban and rural areas.
