STUDY ON THE MANIPULATIVE MECHANISMS FOR THE COORDINATED DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN REGIONAL URBANIZATION AND ECO-ENVIRONMENT
梳理城镇化与生态环境相互作用的理论内涵、形式与特征，以东北地区为例，说明二者协调发展依赖产业、规划、社会、政策等调控机制，为城市与区域可持续发展提供科学参考。
The 21st century is the century of the urbanization.Urban sustainable development is the objective and basis of improvement the level of the urbanization.Interaction of the urbanization and ecological environment is the direct motive force that promotes urban sustainable development.This paper aimed at sorting and analyzing correlative literature about the interaction between the urbanization and ecological environment,including its theoretical connotation,form and characteristics.Taking Northeast China as a study area,it elaborates that coordinated development of the urbanization-ecological environmental coordinated system depends on all kinds of manipulative mechanisms such as industrial regulations,planning regulations,social controls,policy regulations.This study that focuses on high level of development between Regional Urbanization and Eco-environment by various manipulative mechanisms provides a scientific reference for solving urban and regional sustainable development.
