EFFECTS OF INFORMATIZATION ON SOCIOECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT IN JIANGSU PROVINCE
以江苏省为例，分析了信息化对地区社会经济发展的影响，发现ICT服务对经济增长贡献大于ICT生产，信息消费的边际贡献远超全国，同时失业率呈驼峰曲线，区域差异扩大。
As the coming of information society,effect of informatization on regional socioeconomic development has been one hotspot of research.Western experiencial research has indicated that since 1990s of the last century,informatization has affected the developed countries' socioeconomic development markedly while different countries has different characters.Taking Jiangsu province for an example,this paper analyzes the effect of informatization on socioeconomic development in Jiangsu Province.The author thinks that ICT industry develops very quickly while ICT services'contribution on economic gross growth is lager than ICT production.By analyzing marginal contribution,the paper pointed out that marginal contribution of information consumption to GDP in Jiangsu Province is lager out and away than the whole country which indicates information's strong promotion to economic development.By analyzing the change of unemployment rate and regional difference,the paper explored the affect of informatization on social development in Jiangsu province and the result is that along with the informatization,the rate of unemployment has the character of hump curve,and regional difference has been enlarging.At last this paper points out some insufficiency.
