The west new economical geography was put forward by some mainstream economists,its theory come into being in 20 century 80-90th.The economical spatial agglomeration is important content of new economical geography.The author thinks that its forming mechanism are increasing-returns and imperfect competition,exterior economy and scale of economy,path-dependence and lock-in effect,and its forming processes are the reciprocity of transport cost and scale of economy,circulation effect and the historical chanciness,then the author explains these theory above.The new economical geography has established the economical activity spatial agglomeration theory,although it is not acknowledged by economical geography,its merits are self-evident,that is,it enriches the location theory of Multinational Corporation on one hand,on the other hand,it enriches the theory and practice of regional economy.
