Human Capital Investment and Construction of Harmonious City
本文从理论和实证角度分析人力资本投资对城市和谐发展的影响，发现人口和制度因素是主要影响因素，且人力资本投资对城市和谐有显著正向作用。
This essay analyzes the effect of human capital investment on improving the harmony development of cities theoretically and empirically.The harmony development of cities includes the harmony of people with people,and people with nature.We find that population and system factors are the leading influences on the harmony development of cities.We will see interactive and mutual improving dialectical relationship between human capital investment and city harmony.Later,the paper constructs human capital investment index using principle component method,and then regress the index of 44 cities' human capital investment to the city harmony index,finding human capital investment have significant positive effect on city harmony.
