ANALYSIS ON INDUSTRIAL SUCCESSION AND RESOURCE BASES OF ISLANDS AREA-ZHOUSHAN ARCHIPELAGO AS THE CASE STUDY
分析了1978年以来舟山群岛经济发展的三个阶段，提出在新一轮发展中应定位为生态保护型港口城市，优先发展环保型产业，并考虑淡水资源短缺的约束。
Since 1978, the economic development of Zhoushan can be divided into three stages: the fishery leading stage, the tertiary industry relying mainly on tourist industry stage, and the secondary industry developmental stage. Since 1990s, with the infrastructure development, the proportion of industries has changed gradually. In the face of the economic developing period of new round, Zhoushan city should be orientated as an ecological protection type port city, develops island travel and marine economy. The secondary industry and the tertiary industry should give a more important status. Due to the islands characters, we should select those environmental protection type industries as the leading industries of Zhoushan city. The leading industries also should reflect the island resource advantage and regional advantage. Because Zhoushan archipelago is short of the fresh water resource, so we should select the type of low freshwater consumption too.
