RESEARCH ON EMPLOYMENT CLUSTER BY FARM HOUSEHOLD IN RURAL AREAS OF CENTRAL CHINA——A CASE STUDY FOR THREE SAMPLE VILLAGES IN HENAN PROVINCE
基于河南三个村的农户调查数据，发现农村劳动力就业地点选择具有明显的集群特征，少数集群集中了大部分就业者，其形成受基于地缘和血缘的社会资本影响。
Research on employment location by farm household is an important issue to understand the flow rule of rural migration worker.Based on farm household investigation data,the paper,taking the three sample villages as case,studies the employment cluster by farm household in rural areas of central China.It is discovered that the employment location choice has the property of cluster obviously.On the scale of natural village,a few of clusters concentrate most of the employees.The cause is the determination of the social capitals of the employee for employment location choice and employment decision.The relation network based on traditional terra and consanguinity has an important role in formation of employment cluster.The interrelation between seed employee and latency employee makes employment cluster and its diffusion.
