THE INFLUENCE OF RETURNING LAND FROM FARMING TO FORESTRY ON AGRICULTURAL ECONOMY IN YAN'AN AREA
研究了延安11个农业县的退耕还林对耕地面积、种植结构、农业投资、粮油产量及农民收入的影响，发现其优化了种植和经济结构，但也带来一些不利影响。
Returning land from farming to forestry is an important forestry and ecological project,which has great influence not only on ecological environment, but also on agricultural economy.In this paper,five issues of 11 agricultural counties in Yan'an area are studied,which include the total area change of farmland and seeding;the change of planting structure;the change of agricultural investment;the total and average output changes of grain and oil plants;the change of per farmer income per year.The influence of returning land from farming to forestry on agricultural economy and the influencing mechanism were further discussed.Returning land from farming to forestry has optimized the planting structure and economic structure.There are some issues in returning land from farming to forestry,which bring about a series of adverse impact on agricultural economy.We should pay attention to these issues in the later work.
