Making ticket price of parks scientifically is a social foeus. According to the analysis of park's features, function and its market capacity ,the authors explore that making ticket price needs to follow four basic rules of making price according to quality ,protection and exploration at an appropariate scale, the relationship of supply and demand and shared interest of object and subject, which serves as the basic and flexible factors of price-making on park ticket. Also the paper examines referred index system of park's quality, establishes mathmatical model of park's price and propoes strategy to realize it.
