DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF INDEPENDENT INNOVATION ABILITY DIFFERENCE IN CHINA'S COASTAL AREA
用主成分分析、层次分析和聚类分析测量中国沿海地区自主创新能力差异，并用变异系数、泰尔指数和集中化指数分析变化趋势，发现三大区域差异扩大且区域内差异大于区域间差异。
China's coastal area is the forefront region of scientific and technological innovation,the independent innovation ability show different characteristics and there are big differences among these areas.This paper use the method of principal component analysis,AHP and clustering analysis to measure the difference of independent innovation ability;then use the variation coefficient,Theil index and centralization index to analysis the change trend.The result are as follows: the change of the ability of independent innovation in China's coastal area is not obvious and its trend is rising;The three region's(link Bohai sea,Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta) differences is gradually expanded,The differences within these areas outweigh the differences between these areas.Differences in the Pearl River Delta Area is the largest,the difference of the Yangtze River Delta contract,the difference of link Bohai sea area change little.The main factors which influence the independent innovation ability are investment of independent innovation,independent innovation supporting environment,foundation of regional innovation,local government policy orientation,etc.
